NEW DELHI | The self proclaimed godman Swami Om, the ex Bigg Boss contestant on Sunday, March 24, declared that he will be contesting Lok Sabha elections 2019 from New Delhi constituency.
He will fight against the “anti-Hindu“ stance of the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who recently tweeted his party symbol, a broom chasing a Hindu swastika. He also disclosed that several Hindu organisations assembled on March 23 and finalized his name for the competing of elections from Delhi constituency.
Om Ji Maharaj was born on 1957 in Delhi, India. His real name is S. Sadachari Saibaba. This Bigg Boss Baba is different , he is the alleged bicycle thief and weapons hoarder who could soon end up jail for not appearing in the court. The contestant is non other than controversial Godman Swami omji Maharaj who is one of the early favourites on the reality show, Bigg Boss Season 10.
The former Bigg Boss contestant has been in several controversies for making filthy discern against Bigg Boss host Salman Khan and his family. He was also bashed live on a news channel for his offensive remarks. He is also known for slapping a woman during a news discussion. He also has some criminal cases against him and is cited of harming and threatening a woman.
During his play in Bigg Boss house, he became the most disputable contestant. He used abusive language and gave worst comments on the female contestants of the house. Not only this, but he also used to pass deflating remarks about other contestants parentage. He was later thrown out of the Bigg Boss house after he threw urine on Bani J and Priyanka Jagga during a task.
The King of Controversies had attempted each and every cheap stunt to grip the limelight and stay in the news. A few months back, Om uploaded a video wherein he was seen meditating and teaching the naked woman yoga.
Well, sure this is another publicity stunt by him to gain limelight by stepping in the politics. The voting for Lok Sabha elections in Delhi will be on May 12. The counting of votes for the same will take place on May 23.
