Calculation is based on the space gained by Congress and AAP in the 2017 municipal elections. He responded after the hours, when Rahul charged Arvind Kejriwal with an offence of taking &#8216;U&#8217; turn.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Maken&#8217;s chart, AAP won 49 seats after scoring 26% share and Congress 31 after gaining 21% vote share. In the 2014 Lok Sabha polls, combining both the party&#8217;s shares, the vote share of Congress and AAP was 48%, two percentage points more than the BJP\u2019s 46%. The Congress is willing to give up 4 Delhi seats to the AAP to ensure this. But, Mr Kejriwal has done yet another U turn! Instead, it is demanding alliance in both Haryana and Chandigarh along with Lok Sabha Elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AAP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Saturday said the party is all set to establish an association with Congress in Delhi, Haryana and Chandigarh but would not see eye to eye in the national capital.
